On April 26 2012 13:30 I went into Subway St Canut, ordered, asked for more olives was told "o no there is only a certain amount im allowed to put" I commented saying "Oh thats strange because all other subways i go too there had NEVER been a problem" As i approach the cash i say to my friend " hmmm incroyable hein?" As that moment the cashier EMILIE GINGRAS rudely comments with an arrogant smirk "well thats how it is all Subways" I reply " sorry but i wasnt talking to you and you are not the one who served us and further more i dont appreciate being called a liar as i should know what other subways serve me or not!" She replies" well im the manager here for 3 and half years and no way does other subways do that. I think you are lying!" Keep in mind all with an arrogant tone to her voice and smirking in my face" She continued arguing and i said are you not suppose to not argue with customers isnt the customer always right? She said NO! and i really dont care what you have to say ..je men fiche!! Her words exactly. I then asked her for her name she said with MAJOR attitude and arrogance Emilie Gingras go ahead and make a complaint because I KNOW IM RIGHT AND YOUR NOT!!!! To say the least i was appauled and extremely upset. Her behavior and attitude ruined in my lunch and I will never step foot in that subway again as long as she is there!!! I live very close to that restaurant unfortunetly. I would like a reply on how this will be dealt with. Thank you a very upset customer.
